We are back. We are now trying to manage life with 6 little boys. The problems we are encountering are different than we'd imagined. Still, we are happy to be home, and happy to be beginning our new life with our new family.
Oh, Maia. I'm so glad to hear that you are home, and we are thinking of you and praying for you during this time of huge adjustment and sleep deprivation... :-)
So glad to hear that you are home safely. Please send out an email when you catch up on some sleep and have some exta time (I'm sure that there is none of that with 6 boys). Praying for you....
Will pray for you guys tonight Maia...the transition back to life can be such a shock...especially with an older child. Expectations and reality can seem quite far apart. Hang in there - it will get better. You are an amazing mother and you will find your "new normal" in no time at all.
Once you have more than 4 kids, no one can tell you how to parent. You have to develop your own family culture. there are just too many variables. When you add adoption you increase the amount of variables. I hope to celebrate our family culture through this blog.

I've been thinking about you all. I pray all the transitions happen smoothly.
